Harbourview Boutique Hotel
A waterfront renovation with an immovable opening date. The guestroom package was batched through the shop in floor-by-floor waves so site install could chase the painters without ever waiting on cabinetry.
The lobby feature wall is plain-sliced walnut with integrated LED coves, panelized in the shop so the site sequence took four days instead of three weeks.
